Rah-Rah is a "different" type of cheerleader. Rather than getting the crowds excited about the games, she cheers for the ball. Not the players, or the team, the ball. So she screams "get in the basket, ball" or "fly away, baseball" or "jump over the net, tennis ball" I'm not sure she even knows there are players involved in the sports.
